Residential Burglary Someone entered, or attempted to enter, a home or dwelling unlawfully to commit a crime (includes attempts). Theft Property taken without permission. Does not include items taken from inside a vehicle, or a vehicle itself. Theft of Property Inside a Vehicle (Car Prowl) Items taken from inside a vehicle. Theft of Auto Accessories Vehicle parts taken without permission (e.g. catalytic converter, wheels, mirrors). Property Destruction / Vandalism Intentional damage to a home, fence, landscaping, or common property. Graffiti Property defaced with paint or markings without the owner's permission.
