Report a Streetlight Outage

Use this form to report a streetlight that's out, flickering, or damaged in the neighborhood. Reports go to the HOA so we can arrange a repair. If a yellow sticker with a pole number is visible on the pole, please include it — it helps us locate the light quickly.
